Third Sector Apprenticeships Event

Oasis Media consultants provided a range of communications consultancy services, including live social media reporting, at a special event held on 8 February in central London by Skills – Third Sector, Fair Train, the third sector’s Group Training Association and London Learning Consortium to mark Apprenticeships Week 2012. The event featured a range of speakers, including third sector employers and young apprentices, who outlined the benefits of apprenticeships.

BIAA

OM consultants, working with BIAA since 2008, are enabling the organisation to explore new sources of income and raise its profile both in the UK and in Turkey, as BIAA expands its remit to support world-class research into the history, archaeology and related fine arts and social sciences of Anatolia, to embrace issue affecting modern day Turkey too.

Oasis Media is delighted that one of its consultants is offering media work support to One to One Development Trust on its innovative, cross-generational Recipes for Life project.

One to One Development Trust provides opportunities and access through media production and engagement with the arts. Its projects celebrate and promote culture, heritage, wellbeing, education and diversity.

October 2011

Oasis Media's work with the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings to generate regional media coverage for National Maintenance Week 2011 is already yielding coverage, ahead of launch date on 18 November. See SPAB for details.

January 2011

Members of the Oasis Media consultancy team have won a commission from Lambeth Voluntary Action Council to write a case study based report into the value of small community organisations. The resulting report will showcase the different ways that small groups deliver services that benefit people living and working in Lambeth.

November 2010

Oasis Media were hired for a seventh year to handle the media relations for SPAB's National Maintenance Week and build the profile of this annual event, which this year was fronted by Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen. See SPAB for details.

Oasis Media has been offering ongoing fundraising consultancy services to the Association of Christian Counsellors (ACC). It has aso been supporting ACC in maximising use of its website to connect with key audiences; developing new communications tools for its pastoral care activities and raising the profile of its events and activities around the UK, including its forthcoming bi-annual national conference and training event, to be held 27-30 January 2011.
